These Terms govern use of the Dr Pepper storefront and purchases of Dr Pepper beverages, sodas, zero sugar drinks, diet options, flavored soda varieties, and related drink products.

Store Use

You agree to use the storefront lawfully, provide accurate checkout information, and avoid interfering with security or operation.

Products and Orders

We work to present accurate product titles, images, prices, package information, availability, and safety notices. Images and packaging may vary. An order is accepted only after confirmation, and we may correct obvious errors or decline an order when reasonably necessary.

Payment, Taxes, and Shipping

Orders are charged in USD using the payment methods shown at checkout. Taxes are charged as required by applicable law. We ship only within the United States, and standard US shipping is free.

Returns and Cancellations

You may cancel before shipment. After shipment, the 30-day return and exchange process, merchant-paid return shipping, and refund timing are governed by our Refund Policy.
