Where do you ship?

Dr Pepper ships only within the United States.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on all US orders.

How long does processing take?

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Standard transit usually takes 4-6 business days after processing.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. We provide a tracking number when the shipment is handed to the carrier.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You may request a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order.

Who pays return shipping?

Dr Pepper pays return shipping for no-reason returns and quality-related returns by providing a prepaid return label or equivalent free return arrangement.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds return to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days after processing.
